Primarily the Service Centre function is the diagnosis and repair of products, but also includes a number of activities that aid and assist our customers.
Service Express – web order guarantees a 3 day turnaround (applies only to current manufactured products).
Standard Repair – is allocated the next available time slot
Chargeable (Fixed Price) or Warranty Repair
Premium Repair – priority repair
All repairs are fully tested on Production Test Equipment or undergo a comprehensive bench test
A 12 month warranty on the whole unit, not just the repaired part.

Mandatory Modifications
Any product returned for repair will receive Product Service Improvements as part of the repair process unless requested otherwise.
