| In deciding whether to download
the current release of Instrument Tools, you may wish to look at the Release
Notes which form part of the Help.
If you do not have a Product Key, it will install as a DEMO Edition. If you are already using Version 2 of iTools, installation of version of iTools will use your current Product Key and install as the Edition you purchased, either Standard or Open. |

To install iTools, download this setup program to a temporary directory, and then run it.
You are recommended to close all other applications before running this setup program.
If you are running Windows NT 4.0, you must have Service Pack 6a installed. You are strongly advised to UNINSTALL previous versions of iTools before installing a new version of iTools. Having completed the installation, please refer to the help file for Release Notes, and some guidance on running the Tools. The Release Notes provide detailed information on changes introduced with each iTools release. As well as the main iTools application, this release includes the OPC Scope program which can be used to browse any OPC server, and a Programmer Editor for 2400 and 26/2700 controllers. It also includes ActiveX Controls which encapsulate iTools functionality, and which may be used with many other applications. See the Release Notes in the Help
for a list of changes.
